Lic. Manuel Hernandez Ontiveros
Born in Guadalajara, Mexico, living in California during his formative years and extensive travel through Europe helped mold Manuel for his future endeavors as the Broker/ owner of an International real estate company located in an area in Mexico that attracts retirees from all over the world.
His studies at ITESM campus in Guadalajara, forged him into an entrepreneur and taught him discipline and competitiveness, so important in today’s real estate industry. Additional studies in real estate gave him an even broader view of the business. Manuel, a young man, is a successful Broker/owner with three real estate offices in the popular Lake Chapala, Mexico area, known for its fabulous climate.
Manuel, his wife Ana and their children live in near by Guadalajara.

Lynda MacMahon

As a successful, award winning Real Estate professional with a proven track record, Lynda MacMahon has helped hundreds of home buyers and sellers over the years, many whom now claim her as a friend.
Lynda has been a life long achiever. As an emergency room nurse at Toronto General Hospital, Lynda learned early in her career how to listen to clients needs/desires, and how to provide exceptional professional service and results. While there she created a highly efficient triage system that is still in use today.

Cherie Soden moved to Ajijic in June 2004. She came for a visit to clear the cobwebs and baggage from her life and decided she liked living lighter. Lisa Altmire
Lisa is originally from Cork, Ireland where she completed her schooling and Business School. While working in London for Gulf Oil Corporation, she met her husband-to-be, Dan, who was in London on a business trip from Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. After a few months and a whirlwind courtship they were married in London and she took up residence in Saudi Arabia. Their daughter, Heather Zaina was born in As Salama Hospital in Al Khobar. After 2 years they moved to Spain and then to London, where their son David Christopher was born in Queen Charlotte’s Hospital. From there, they moved to Beirut, Lebanon then on to Cairo, Egypt for several years and Dan accepted a transfer to Southern California. Several years there and they moved to Houston, Texas with Saudi Aramaco Oil and Gas Corporation. Some years later, Mexico called and they moved to Ajijic, near Guadalajara in 1997.
Lisa has been an Associate with Hernandez Realty Group for six years.

Janel Campbell
Janel grew up in Seattle Washington, and has lived in northern Utah and Jackson Hole Wyoming. She is very people oriented and highly trained in service. She has worked for 15 years as the assistant to the Vice President of Public Relations and Development at Utah State University. She was the event planner for donors and alumni. She is also no stranger to Real Estate. Her husband had a Real Estate Brokerage Company for 27 years in the United States.
Upon arriving at Lakeside 3 years ago Janel and her husband renamed themselves “King and Queen of Paradise”. Come let her show you how you can become royalty overnight too.

Verónica Ortiz
Verónica is a native of Ajiic, Jalisco, the most beautiful town in Mexico, according to Verónica! She studied English in Ajijic, and has worked to perfect her job skills. She is married; the mother of one 9-year-old boy who likes painting and music, and a sassy, pretty, smart girl who likes to dance and sing.
She has been working at Hernandez Realty Group since 2000, starting as the assistant to the rental manager. She is now the Brokers’ Assistant for International Realty located on Colon in downtown Ajijic. She assists clients in the preparation and finalization of their closing of sales. She is also responsible for keeping our listing inventory updated in the Multiple Listing Service and our website. She has a talent for graphic design and computer skills. i
